It began with a simple idea: bring qvevri to Zemo Lisi. What started as three clay vessels buried in the earth by a family's vision has grown into a winery of 22 qvevri — each one placed with care and intention.
Founder and winemaker Levan Qamushadze sculpted the winery's golden "ქ" logo from the very clay used to build his qvevri — a symbol rooted in the earth that holds his wine.

ყურძენი დავკრიფეთ სადრიკას ბიო ვენახში, სოფელი აღშანი, ახმეტა. ტანინები ისე აქვს, მე რომ მიყვარს და საკმაოდ სხეულიანიც არის. არომატებზე მოდის შავი ჩაი, თამბაქო, გარგარი. ჩაციება არ უნდა — 14-15 გრადუსზე, დეკანტაცია ბოლომდე ხსნის ღვინოს. თუ გამიჩერდა და სულ არ დავლიე, დასაძველებლად გამოდგება. ღვინო არ დამიმუშავებია და შეიძლება ბოთლში მცირედით გამოლექოს.

გორული მწვანე დავკრიფეთ მერაბის ვენახში, რომელიც მდებარეობს ქართლში, კერძოდ მუხრანში. ქვევრში ვადუღე და 2 თვეში მივხსენი ჭაჭიდან. მე გორული მწვანე დიდი ხანია ვაღიარე, როგორც ერთ-ერთი საუკეთესო თეთრი ყურძნის ჯიში. ვაპირებ ყოველ წელს დავაყენო. აბა შემიფასეთ 2024 წლის ნაშრომი. ოდნავ ჩაციება უხდება — 14 გრადუსი, ვფიქრობ, იდეალური იქნება. ღვინო არ დამიმუშავებია და შეიძლება ბოთლში მცირედით გამოლექოს.

ჩინური წამოვიღე მუხრანიდან და ქვევრში დავაბინავე 3 თვე სრულ ჭაჭაზე. მანამდე კაჭრეთიდან მქონდა წამოღებული შალვას რქაწითელი, რომელიც ასევე ქვევრში ვადუღე. დაჭაშნიკების შემდეგ გადავწყვიტე ქართლ-კახეთი გამეერთიანებინა. ასე შეიქმნა ჩინებული რქა — ჩინური და რქაწითელი. ჩაცივეთ 10–12°C-ზე, ძალიან ტანინიანი არ არის. ღვინო არ დამიმუშავებია და შეიძლება ბოთლში მცირედით გამოლექოს.
